These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all cleaning and related services (“Services”) provided by Cleaning With Savannah (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By scheduling, booking, purchasing, or subscribing to any Services through this website or otherwise, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Liability
The Company shall not be held liable under any circumstances for any damage, loss, or injury of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising out of or related to the provision of Services. This includes, without limitation, damage to property, fixtures, furnishings, personal items, or any other belongings, regardless of their condition prior to service. By engaging our Services, you assume full responsibility for any risks associated therewith and expressly waive and release the Company from all claims, demands, and causes of action of any kind.
2. Access to Property
You are solely responsible for providing safe and reliable access to the premises at the scheduled service time. If our personnel are unable to access the property for any reason, the appointment shall be deemed canceled by you and will be subject to the cancellation policy.
3. Health & Safety
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or discontinue Services if conditions are determined to be unsafe, unsanitary beyond the agreed scope of work, or if hazardous or prohibited materials are present.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service fee. Same-day cancellations, failure to provide access, or “no-shows” will be charged the full service amount. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must also comply with this policy.
5. Refunds & Re-Cleaning
All payments made for Services, including one-time bookings and subscription-based services, are final and non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances. The Company does not guarantee re-cleaning services; any such accommodation is strictly at the sole discretion of the Company and does not constitute a waiver of this policy.
6. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the appointment. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services and cancellation of future appointments. The Company reserves all rights to pursue collection of unpaid balances, including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.
7. Agreement to Terms
By booking, purchasing, or subscribing to Services through this website or by otherwise engaging the Company, you affirmatively acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Continued use of the website and/or Services constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms, as amended from time to time at the Company’s sole discretion. The most current version of these Terms will always be posted on this website, and such updates shall be effective immediately upon posting without further notice.

Refund Policy
1. All Sales Final
All payments for Services, including but not limited to one-time bookings and subscription-based services, are final and strictly non-refundable.
2. No Refunds or Credits
The Company does not issue refunds, credits, or partial refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with Services, changes in personal circumstances, or unused subscription time.
3. Re-Cleaning Policy
Re-cleaning is not guaranteed. Any offer of a re-cleaning is made solely at the discretion of the Company and does not create any obligation to provide the same in the future.
4. Agreement to Policy
By purchasing Services or subscriptions from the Company, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy in full.
