FAQs

  • Yes, I bring all the necessary professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment to each job, so you don’t have to worry about providing anything. All products I use are safe for both children and pets, and I take extra care to ensure they are effective yet gentle on your home’s surfaces.

If you or someone in your household has specific allergies or sensitivities, I’m happy to discuss product options or use any alternative products you provide.

Additionally, I bring my own vacuum, mop, and tools to ensure a thorough and efficient clean. If you prefer that I use your equipment (for example, a specialty vacuum or product you trust), just let me know in advance—I’m happy to accommodate.

  • General cleaning covers routine maintenance tasks to keep your home tidy and fresh. This includes wiping down surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and taking care of high-traffic areas.

Deep cleaning goes much further. It includes everything in a general clean, plus detailed attention to areas that are often overlooked or haven’t been cleaned in a while—such as baseboards, ceiling fans, light fixtures, inside appliances (like ovens and refrigerators), door frames, and behind furniture. It’s ideal for first-time clients, seasonal resets, move in/out cleanings, renovation clean ups, or homes that need extra attention due to buildup or lack of regular upkeep.

Not sure which one you need? I’m happy to help you decide based on the condition of your space and your goals for the cleaning.

  • No, you don’t need to be home during the cleaning—many clients choose to go about their day while I take care of everything. However, I do require a guaranteed way to access the home, such as a key, door code, or someone available to let me in at the scheduled time.

If you won’t be present, please ensure any pets are secured and that I have clear instructions for entry and exit. I treat every home with the utmost respect and care, whether you’re there or not, and I always lock up when I leave unless instructed otherwise.

If you would like to be present, I do ask that you greet me at the appointment time. If you decide to leave your door open for me to enter, please explicitly tell me so. Otherwise I will assume you are not home and we can reschedule the appointment for another day.

If this is your first cleaning or you’d simply feel more comfortable being present, you’re more than welcome to stay!

  • Yes, some specialized services may have an additional fee depending on the cleaning package you choose.

For example, oven cleaning (not to be confused with stovetop cleaning) costs an additional $40 when booked with the 4-hour cleaning package, since this type of cleaning is time-intensive and requires focus to achieve quality results.

However, oven cleaning is included at no extra cost in the 8-hour cleaning package, where there’s enough time to incorporate it thoroughly alongside other tasks.

If your main priority is oven cleaning—or any other specific task like dishes, laundry, or organizing—you can also book a 2-hour focused session, which is designed for one primary job with some light general cleaning included.

Not sure which package is right for your needs? I’m happy to help you decide based on your priorities and the condition of the space.

  • Clients who book recurring cleanings on a weekly or bi-weekly basis can receive up to a 25% discount as a thank-you for their continued support. This discount helps make regular upkeep more affordable and encourages consistent care for your home, which also leads to faster, more efficient cleanings over time.

Recurring clients are also given priority scheduling, making it easier to secure your preferred time slots—even during busy weeks.

Please note: To maintain the discount, you must have a subscription.

If you’re interested in becoming a recurring client, I’d be happy to help you set up a consistent cleaning plan that fits your lifestyle and needs.
